If you are a tea drinker, instead of throwing-away the used tea bags, put them in the refrigerator. On that occasional morning where you wake up with eye bags, place the cooled tea bags over your eyes and relax in a semi-reclined position for about twenty minutes.

Fruit and Ice
Wrap a piece of ice in a washcloth, and place over your eyes for twenty minutes, being careful not to freeze the skin.
